2008

The First Stand

Maria and Carlos Reyes launch a modest taco stand at a San Antonio farmers market, serving just three taco varieties and freshly made agua fresca.

2011

First Brick & Mortar

Overwhelming demand leads to our first restaurant on Central Pkwy, San Antonio. The authentic taco cabana menu expands to over 30 items.

2014

Catering & Events

Cabana Taco launches its catering division, bringing fresh taco cabana flavors to weddings, corporate events, and festivals across Texas.
